Job Summary : We are hiring high-potential Mechanical Engineering graduates from Tier 1 institutions to join our Production Engineering team. This is a launchpad role designed to give fresh graduates deep exposure to smart manufacturing systems, advanced machinery, and real-time process engineering.

Key Responsibilities : Production Exposure & Learning

 Assist in supervising daily production operations and process flows

 Learn about the functioning of high-end machines and robotic systems Process Optimization

 Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

 Support implementation of automation or mechanical solutions to enhance throughput Quality & Safety Integration

 Learn and apply quality control methods and safety procedures

 Contribute to a culture of zero-defect and sustainable operations Documentation & Reporting

 Help maintain technical records, reports, and standard operating procedures

 Present data insights and improvement ideas to the engineering leadership Qualifications :

 B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

 Strong technical foundation in mechanical systems and manufacturing processes

 Exposure to CAD tools, plant internships, or hands-on mechanical projects is preferred
