About the Role :
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Professional to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for driving growth through paid media strategies, performance tracking, and continuous campaign improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) .
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending with a focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and others.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements :
2–3 years of hands-on experience in running performance campaigns (agency experience preferred).Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and Google Analytics .Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Certification in Meta or Google Ads will be a plus.Skills Required
