We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset and a deep understanding of the D2C / ecommerce landscape, coupled with hands-on experience scaling paid media performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV metrics.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
- Continuously A / B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring profitable acquisition.
