Field Sales Associate in Noida (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative with a background in sanitary napkins, baby diapers, or personal hygiene products. The ideal candidate understands FMCG distribution channels and has strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit stores daily in the assigned area to sell sanitary pads and baby diapers.
• Build good relationships with retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Carry out in-store promotions, product displays, and sampling activities.
• Make sure products are well-placed, clearly visible, and always in stock in all stores.
• Find new retail shops and increase product availability in the market.
• Check competitor prices, offers, and market activities and report them.
• Take orders on time and ensure regular stock re-supply.
• Keep proper records of store visits, sales, and customer details.
• Help distributors increase sales and reach more outlets.
