Strategic Planning Analyst

Description :

• To lead the strategic planning exercise with 3-5 year plans and business objectives
• To support and ensure regular MIS from Finance, Procurement, HR, QEHS, Legal, etc
• To lead the review cadence and ensure follow-up actions
• To analyse management reports and come up with key risks and trends
• To engage with external stakeholders like consultants, coaches, etc

Requirements :

• Currently a part of Business Excellence function of a large organisation
• Well versed in renewable energy industry with specific experience in managing Solar & Wind portfolio
• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Masters Degree in a relevant field
