About the Role :

Position Title : Analyst

Reporting to : Assistant Vice President / Vice President

Location : Mumbai

Job Profile : Position details :

To assist and support the Operations Planning department at Bank in timely collation and submission of regulatory and other internal reports and MIS.

Ensure support to all India branches and resolution to their queries pertaining to the regulator in a professional, timely and accurate manner.

Maintain a tracker for the periodic reports, both internal & external and MIS requirements for timely submission and internal consumption.

Coordinate with Operations for timely and accurate responses to notices and regulatory queries.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Draft first level procedures and policies considering any regulatory or internal policy changes for Operations
  • Collate information and prepare regulatory reports to RBI, Tax Department, DICGC, FIU etc. in accurate and timely manner.
  • Support internal and external audits and inspection by preparing documentation and data as required.
  • Support on process improvements and system rollouts to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Engage with various business Units & stakeholders for matters related to regulatory reporting and audit matters for India Operations
  • Timely submission of audit related data to the RBI during audit / inspections
  • Timely completion of Adhoc projects / activities assigned by Management & execution of periodic business as usual activities.
  • Identify, Assess, and mitigate operation risk issues / items in various operations process.
  • Support Operations units in all India by resolving and responding issues and queries raised by units.

Job Requirements :

  • Good Functional knowledge of Banking products including Deposits, Loans, Payments, Treasury and Trade Finance with practical operational experience.
  • Basic Understanding of India Regulatory reporting (CBWTR, DICGC, BSR-2, RBS Tranche 1,2,3 etc), MIS & Analytics
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and promote technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments.
