We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to run our client’s social media pages and oversee online presence by :
- Creating engaging content
- Creating strategies
- Monitoring usage statistics
- Managing social campaigns
- Staying up-to-date with digital technologies and social media trends
- Possessing outstanding communication abilities.
- Briefly, managing the Client’s social media presence to grow the online traffic and consumer interaction to boost our marketing and sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.Manage end-to-end social media presence across major platforms (with strong focus on for B2B ).Create engaging multi-channel content calendars and campaign copy.Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using defined KPIs and ROI metrics.Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster online communities.Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks.Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent content.Skills and Experience :
3+ years of proven work experience in social media , preferably in a B2B SaaS companyExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Understanding of SEO and web traffic metricsKnowledge of online marketing channelsExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with web design is an added advantage.Good understanding of social media KPIsExcellent knowledge of , Twitter, and other social media best practices
