Role Overview :
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & ORM Specialist to manage our
brand’s online presence, engage audiences, and protect brand reputation across digital
platforms. The role involves creating & managing engaging content, driving social campaigns,
monitoring conversations, and handling customer feedback to ensure a positive brand
image.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos,infographics, etc.).
Run paid social campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness.Monitor analytics, track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, conversions), and prepareperformance reports.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams & Agency to ensure brandconsistency.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Monitor online mentions, reviews, and customer conversations across social media,review sites, forums, and blogs.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professionalmanner.
Manage brand presence on platforms like Google Reviews, Glassdoor, Trustpilot,MouthShut, etc.
Escalate critical feedback / issues to relevant teams and ensure closure.Implement proactive ORM strategies to maintain a positive brand perception.Track sentiment analysis and share insights for brand improvement.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.5-7 years of experience in Social Media Management and / or ORM.Strong knowledge of social platforms, tools and ORM dashboards.Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations.Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, trends, and audience engagement.Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns.Crisis management experience is a plus.Nice-to-Have
Experience in influencer marketing or community management.Exposure to social listening toolsBasic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid media.
