Position Overview :

Job Title : Head – Talent Acquisition (TA Head)

Education : Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience : 12 to 16 years in end-to-end recruitment

Location : Bangalore

Must Have :

• Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically in field sales and field operations within the Gold Loan / secured lending / BFSI industry (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high volumes of hires within tight timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Graduation degree or higher
• Experience in handling and mentoring a recruitment team
