Innovation Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

End to end program management to achieve program KPIs with diligence and highest quality.

1. Stakeholder management & Program Preparation

Work with the corporate partners / internal teams to design the program roadmap

Manage key business stakeholders of the client end to end

Preparation of the call for Applications for the program

Scouting relevant startups for the Startup Program

Digital marketing strategy & outreach across channels to invite startups

2. Program Management

During the program, your role will mainly consist of creating the conditions of the Startup. This implies piloting startup accompaniment, coordinating project responsibilities and ensuring synergies. You will :

Ensure the successful execution of the program

Follow up with the startup on their needs and evaluation

Source experts, mentors, investors (VCs + business angels)

Ensure compliance of the program with the plan decided during the preliminary design phase

Ensure the pooling of resources, process compliance & communication between the different stakeholders

Create community / startup events in order to engage a vibrant community around the cohort of startups

Manage Partners / sponsors relationships

QUALIFICATIONS :

4-6 years of over experience in innovation / acceleration program management.

Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering streams

Experience in working in the startup ecosystem

Relevant knowledge of the current Indian / global startup ecosystem

Strong communication : proficient in English speaking and writing

Entrepreneurial experience(success / failure) is a plus

Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
