Role Description

This is a full-time (mix of on-site and remote) role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bhopal. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development and Customer Relationship Management
• Proven experience in email marketing or consultancy
• Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) marketing and advertising platforms
• Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and business growth
• Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proactive and result-driven attitude
