D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) – Finance

Functional Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial business processes and deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules.

Experience Required :

Minimum :

12–15 years of relevant experience in Finance domain

Minimum : 10

years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX

Preferred :

Experience in global rollouts and multi-entity environments

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document finance-related business requirements.

Configure and implement D365 F&O Finance modules in line with best practices.

Lead workshops and training sessions with end users and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated into system solutions.

Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements.

Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.

Ensure compliance with client and regulatory financial processes.

Required Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with

D365 F&O Finance modules , including :

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets

Budgeting

Cash and Bank Management

Cost Accounting

Project Accounting (optional)

Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Experience in working on at least

2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations .

Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Certification.

Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or other Microsoft tools.

Familiarity with localization requirements for India (GST, TDS, etc.)
