Job Summary :

The .NET Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality code, and guiding team members. The .NET Tech Lead will work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Architecture & Design : Participate in designing and architecting .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security, develop technical specifications and system designs along with technical architect.
• Code Quality : Oversee code quality through code reviews, best practices, and coding standards. Ensure the team adheres to established development processes.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Innovation : Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, system designs, and development processes.
• Team Development : Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies. Proven experience

in a technical leadership role.
