Lead & mentor a team of .NET developers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ensure quality and adherence to best practices

Requirements :

Bachelors in CS / Engineering or related field

5+ years in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

Strong OOP & design pattern knowledge

Experience mentoring team members

Effective stakeholder management

Bonus : Knowledge of Azure / AWS, CI / CD, frontend tech
