• Technical Leadership & Architecture : Lead technical planning, design scalable solutions, and drive decision-making while ensuring best practices.
• Hands-on Development : Develop, test, and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Agile Execution & Project Planning : Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, refine backlog, estimate development efforts, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Code Quality & Reviews : Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration, automation).
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve requirements, feedback, and design challenges.
• Mentorship & Team Growth : Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Deployment & DevOps Best Practices : Oversee secure and efficient deployments, ensure CI / CD adoption, and maintain post-deployment Skills :
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, specializing in React, C#, Azure.
• Proven leadership experience in driving technical solutions, mentoring developers, and managing end-to-end development lifecycles.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) with a strong focus on performance optimization and responsive design.
• Strong backend proficiency in C#, .NET Core, including API development, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL, NoSQL, Cosmos DB).
• Solid understanding of security best practices, authentication / authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and data protection techniques.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies, project estimation, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Strong database design skills, including data modeling, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
