Social Media Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager for Bleep Studio, the social media management division of NOW Media. In this role, you will implement social media marketing strategies, craft engaging content, optimize platforms for maximum reach, and effectively communicate brand messages to diverse audiences for our key clients and simultaneously and mentor the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies for key accounts.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging written and visual content.
• Optimize clients' social media presence and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and incorporate them into strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine approaches based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand goals.
• Utilize AI tools to develop visuals and content for the brand when needed.
• Take ownership and guide the team, mentor and provide timely feedback
• Be the agency's POC for all things social

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Optimization or Content Marketing
• 3 - 6 years of experience as a Social Media Manager at an agency.
• Strong communication, content strategy, and writing skills.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Creativity and a strong sense of design.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure performance.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new strategies and trends.
• Always on the look out for the next big trend and implementing it to client pages.

Additional Information :

• CTC : ₹5 - ₹9 LPA, based on experience and skillset
• Location : This is an on-site role in Bengaluru; preference will be given to candidates residing locally.
• Joining : We are looking for immediate joiners.
