The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure sales deadlines are met, and handle client relationships. Responsibilities include strategic planning, marketing management, and performance monitoring. The General Manager will also be responsible for managing other executives.

Salary - 70000-150000 rupees

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience is n ecessary

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in sales management and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in handling client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with what the industry demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred
