Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for ash across cement, construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as cement manufacturers, RMC producers, contractors, brick units, and road construction companies .
- Promote the benefits and applications of ash for construction, concrete production, road work, and mine backfilling .
- Achieve sales targets and support the company's overall ash utilization strategy.
Client Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of ash to clients.Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, service quality, and grievance handling.Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research, competitor analysis , and develop pricing strategies to expand market reach.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal review.Skills Required
