Responsibilities
Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging Business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s share at key accounts.
Coordinating with Projects, Application and Support teams to discuss and solve customer’s challenges.
Multi-level engagements and building brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customers.
Conducting brand promotion activities / seminars / product training at the customers.
Involvement during major trials, troubleshoot activities and documentation with CVF.
Negotiating with direct customers or channel partners for orders.
Coordinating with external and internal teams regarding issues like payments / order booking.
Customer Mapping, Profile card, implementing business contracts as per customer’s terms and conditions.
Qualifications
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills
