Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with overseas clients.
- Manage documentation for export orders, including Proforma Invoices, LC, shipping, and customs formalities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, agents, and customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Develop marketing materials and digital campaigns targeting overseas customers.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree.0-1 years of experience in export sales or international marketing (experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG / Packaging / Chemicals] preferred).Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple international clients.Willingness to travel abroad when required.Location :
