Vroomer is building a B2B SaaS + CRM platform for pre-owned car agents and dealers. Our Agent App is designed to digitize workflows with WhatsApp-first tools, financing, and a scalable dealer ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join our founding team in Hyderabad. This role is hands-on and ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain real-world experience in sales, operations, and startup growth. This is a 3 to 6-month internship with the opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of agents and dealers onto the Vroomer platform
- Conduct field visits, demos, and training sessions with local agents
- Generate leads via WhatsApp, phone, and on-ground outreach
- Maintain CRM records and assist in building structured sales funnels
- Collect feedback from agents and share insights with the product / ops team
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and TeluguHustler mindset - willing to meet people on the ground and build relationshipscomfortable engaging with stakeholders who may have a more direct, brash, or informal communication style.Graduates in BBA, MBA, or related fields (freshers welcome)Passion for automobiles, startups, and sales is a plusWhat You'll Get
