Feasiblity study and costing estimation -NPD

Study of process improvement.

Layout for assembly lines.

Installation & Commissioning.

PPAP Documentations, stagewise SOP of process & product audit.

RFQ Prepration

Implements robust mfg. processes

Line balancing,cycle time study, line set up and target study

Cycle time reduction , set up time reduction & cost reduction activities

Handling & setting of precision instrument.

Vendor developmemts for critical automation of fixtures & process.

Pokayoke implementation.
