IAM Engineer [Immediate Start]

We are currently looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join a fast-growing product-based organisation in Pune (Baner).

Role : IAM Engineer

Location : Pune (Baner Location)

Please Note : This is a full-time, 5-day, on-site role based at our Orbia Global Capability Center in Pune.

Key Requirements :

• 4+ years managing AD and AzureAD (EntraID) in support, engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with supporting and managing Active Directory (Delegations, Policies, Replications etc.)
• Ability to understand business impact and requirements and translate into system security architecture and engineering design.
• Proven experience with Federation / SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC etc..) technologies and Directory Services (AD, LDAP, Kerberos etc..).
• Experience with Cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle etc..).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible etc..
• Competency with one or more scripting / programming languages (PowerShell, Python etc..).
• Experience with Privileged Account Management tools and concepts such as centralized credential management (e.g. CyberArk).
• Knowledge of Agile DevOps (e.g. SCRUM)
• Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns.
• Understanding ITIL processes (i.e., Change, Capacity, Event, and Incident Management)
