What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end innovation in technical textiles, from fiber selection to finished fabric.
• Develop aramid, modacrylic, FR viscose, and hybrid blends for flame, heat, and ballistic protection.
• Translate customer requirements, DRDO / ISRO specs, and ISO / ASTM standards into scalable solutions.
• Oversee testing, certification, and commercialization of new product developments.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and global partners to bring lab innovations to market.
• Mentor a passionate team of R&D engineers and textile technologists.
