The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to drive the development and success of our AI-powered visual commerce platform. In this role, you will lead the engineering team, prioritize features, and work with the management team to deliver innovative solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Technical Leadership : Have an understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI concepts. Architect and design scalable ML systems and data pipelines. Lead development of AI / ML solutions from prototype to production. Establish best practices for ML model deployment and monitoring. Guide technical decisions around model selection, training, and optimization. Ensure ML systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of software engineers. Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Participate in hiring and growing the engineering team. Remove blockers and enable team productivity.
• Project Execution : Drive successful delivery of complex technical projects. Balance technical trade-offs with business requirements. Collaborate with Product and Design teams on technical feasibility. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
• Process & Innovation : Implement and improve engineering processes and practices. Lead technical planning and estimation sessions. Drive adoption of new technologies when beneficial. Maintain documentation of system architecture and technical decisions.
