Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include :
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, social, display, video, and affiliate channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Continuously run A / B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and data teams to align messaging, creative, and user journey.
- Analyze campaign performance and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
- Stay current with platform trends, industry benchmarks, and algorithm changes to ensure top performance.
- Explore new growth channels and tactics, including influencer partnerships, native ads, and remarketing strategies.
