About The Role

We’re seeking a go-to marketing operator who knows how to generate leads and conversions at the best ROI. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and organic platforms, while harnessing the latest AI and automation tools to optimize performance.

This role is for someone who thrives in agency-style environments—able to juggle multiple clients, stay highly organized, and deliver real, tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, and more).
  • Design and run EDM and cold outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.
  • Set up CRM automations and nurture workflows for cold, warm, and hot leads.
  • Mine, segment, and activate customer data to boost targeting and ROI.
  • Monitor analytics across Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and advanced tracking platforms to measure success and optimize.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and high-quality execution.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports, including actionable insights for clients and founders.
  • Be hands-on in experimentation with AI-driven campaign optimization and creative testing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Strong track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and ROI delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms : Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools.
  • Mastery of automation and outreach tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist, and CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills—you’ll represent us to clients directly.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action.
  • Resilient, accountable, and thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
