Description : We are looking for a visionary Sales Director to spearhead sales, marketing, and strategic growth for our fast-scaling AI and animation studio. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in media and creative content sales, exceptional networking capabilities, and a proven track record of driving large-scale business growth. This role requires strong connections with brand managers, senior advertising executives, OTT platforms, film producers, and digital media leaders.
As a Sales Director, you will lead business development initiatives, mentor sales teams, and define revenue strategies that position the studio as a leading partner for world-class creative content.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Growth Leadership : Drive revenue growth across animation, VFX, branded content, corporate AV, gaming, OTT, and advertising markets.
- Strategic Client Partnerships : Establish and expand high-value relationships with leading production houses, agencies, brands, and creative networks.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Design and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, ensuring a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
- Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on innovation, client success, and long-term growth.

Required Candidate Minimum 1215 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within media, advertising, animation, VFX, post-production, or digital content industries.
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets, and expanding into new markets.Proven track record of building strategic alliances with top-tier advertising agencies, global brands, production houses, and OTT platforms.Hands-on experience in solution selling of creative content, animation, and VFX services to senior-level decision-makers (CMOs, Creative Directors, Brand Heads).Core Competencies :
