Role Overview :
The Account Director is a senior client partner responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of key accounts within the agency. This role requires a mix of strong client relationship management, strategic thinking, creative collaboration, and team leadership. The Account Director acts as the key liaison between clients and internal creative, strategy, and media teams — ensuring the delivery of exceptional campaigns that meet business objectives and elevate brand value.
Key Responsibilities : Client Leadership
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building long-term partnerships based on trust and results.
- Understand client business goals, market challenges, and brand positioning to develop effective marketing and communication strategies.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity.
- Manage client expectations and ensure seamless communication between client and agency teams.
Strategic & Creative Direction
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to shape campaign ideas that are both innovative and effective.Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and guide the creative process from concept to execution.Oversee campaign performance, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and brand objectives.Bring fresh perspectives on branding, advertising trends, and consumer insights.Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver outstanding client service and project outcomes.Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performance culture within the team.Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely, quality-driven delivery of campaigns.Key Skills & Competencies :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.8+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment.Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and leading multi-functional teams.Deep understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing ecosystems.Skills Required
