You will act as the key link between the business, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction management, faster turnaround, and exceptional client experience.Experience : 8–12 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesLeasing ExecutionPartner with the Leasing team to achieve annualleasing and revenue targetsfor the region.Driveend-to-end leasing transactions— from RFP to client onboarding.Managelease documentationincluding LOIs, Leave & License Agreements, and related legal paperwork.Operational Excellence & Process ManagementLeadCustomer Lease Cycle (CLC)management and ensure data accuracy inCRM and DMS systems .Monitor and improveTAT for all leasing and documentation processes .Prepare and reviewrent rolls, vacancies, lock-ins, and expiriesfor proactive planning.Coordinate with internal stakeholders : 1. Projects : Change requests and handovers2. Finance : Billing, payments, and term sheets3. Legal : Agreements and addendums4. Marketing : Tenant communication and marketing collateral5.
