Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid background in designing, developing, and deploying Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform solutions, and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within MS Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing) modules.
• Translate business scenarios and requirements into efficient designs and code .
• Build and customize :
• Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, JavaScript, and Ribbon customizations .
• Develop and maintain console applications, unit tests for plugins, and custom workflows .
• Work on OOB (Out-of-the-box) functionalities : Entity creation, Business Rules, BPF, OOB Workflows.
• Collaborate using Azure DevOps for Agile development, version control, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Develop automation and integrations using Power Platform :
• Power Apps (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Portals / Power Pages)
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Power Virtual Agents / Omnichannel
• Power BI (Reports & Dashboards)
• Work with MS SQL BI tools, SSIS, SSRS, and PCF components.
• Leverage Azure services : Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory.
• Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation.
