Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Field Recruiter. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the onboarding process. The Field Recruiter will also engage in community and campus outreach programs to enhance the talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment processes, including resume screening and interviewing
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
