Key Responsibilities
1. Client Delivery & Solutioning
- Lead the design and execution of research engagements and solutions across
industries.
Ensure high-quality, outcome-driven deliverables alignedwith client objectives.
Drive automation, efficiency, and repeatability in delivery processes through platforms and tools.Manage large-scale client engagements, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence.2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, helping them navigatecomplex data and insights challenges.
Lead proposal development, solution pitching, and account growth initiatives.Maintain strong client relationships, staying ahead of organizational and marketchanges to identify new opportunities.
3. Practice & Platform Development
Shape the strategy for developing and scaling sector-agnostic data & insights platforms.Build targeted, reusable solutions and accelerators to address cross-industry challenges.Identify emerging trends in data, AI, and analytics to inform capabilitydevelopment.
Partner with sales and business development teams todesign differentiated platform-led offerings.
Skills & Experience
12–15 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, market intelligence, orplatform-led insights delivery.
Strong exposure to developing or influencing data-driven platforms, solutions, or accelerators.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including data scientists,engineers, and research analysts.
Demonstrated success in engaging with global clients across multiple industries.Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills.Strong project and team management capabilities, with hands-on experience inexecution.
