Job descriptionProgram management - Budgetary and execution to meet the customer requirements, optimally create and manage resources and ensuring quality and timelines of delivery goals. Offer technical leadership in the area of Battery Management System in the eDrive domain. People leadership responsibility for a team of 15-20 people by setting up and monitoring performance goals & objectives, team engagement including providing feedback through performance appraisals and day-to-day discussions. Define and execute strategic roadmap for System Engineering, Component Responsibility and Software Development & Testing by identifying the current landscape and future business goals. Establish best practice such as standards and guidelines for design / development, deployment, and regular maintenance of solutions offered. 10-15 years of industry experience in the context of eDrive Component or Automotive ECU Development and Verification / Validation including project management, systems engineering and delivery responsibility. Experience in automotive and Powertrain (hybrid and electric) business Proven track records of leading teams and business Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintain professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Good communication (oral / written / graphic) Proven to be a good "out of the box" thinker and should have contributed to some innovative topics Proven excellence in stakeholder and customer / partner management Proven experience in Business Acquisition and Solutioning for new topics / setup Experience in driving projects / topics using metrics / KPIs – Data driven decisions and steering German Language Skills will be an added Advantage. Objectives of the Job :
- Project & Program Management – Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries in BMS R&D
- Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
- Drive Innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
- Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams – Team development (incl. Career Path)
- Ensure a high level of Stakeholder satisfaction – Both in Germany as well as in the involved markets
Areas of Work : Design and Development Battery Management System, Leading the team as a Coach, Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds, Steer based on Metrics and KPIs
