Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Delhi, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies implementation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, resolving employee issues, evaluating performance, organizing training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The HR Manager will also provide strategic counseling on HR best practices to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficient in performance management, training and development programs
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills to advise senior management on HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Manager role or similar position
