We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our karting track facility in Ahmedabad. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining safety standards, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the karting facility, including track management, scheduling, and customer flow.
• Monitor equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and ensure the facility is running at optimal performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely support and supplies.
• Staff Management
• train, and supervise staff including track marshals, customer service teams, and maintenance personnel.
• Create duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and non-peak hours.
• Motivate and monitor staff performance to ensure excellent customer service.
• Safety & Compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols for customers, staff, and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of tracks, karts, and protective gear.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, licenses, and health & safety standards.
• Customer Experience
• Ensure customers receive a fun, safe, and memorable experience.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop promotional ideas / events to boost customer engagement and revenue.
• Financial & Reporting
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets for the branch.
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports on operations, safety incidents, staff performance, and financials.
• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality.
