Role : Relationship Manager - Infrastructure

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Business development and identification of long-term lending opportunities in the various infrastructure sectors
• Financial modelling and completion of the structure
• Negotiation and completion of the term sheet with the client
• Creation of presentations for internal and external discussions
• Attempting to secure internal credit approval
• Closing the deal documentation
• Helping the business RM disburse the debt facility sanctioned to the client
• Periodically monitoring the portfolio
• Working with the sales team and potential investors for placements, including creating information docket, etc.
• Working both individually and collaboratively
