Job Summary : We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Specialist / Account

Executive to join our Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, and Analytics team in

Mumbai. This role is critical for driving the adoption of our cutting-edge data-driven solutions

within the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep

understanding of how data and digital initiatives can solve complex business challenges, coupled

with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

 Strategic Sales & Business Development :

o Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets for Digital Transformation, Business

Intelligence, and Analytics solutions and services.

o Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the

Mumbai region, targeting diverse industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail,

Healthcare, and Government.

o Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with C-level executives, senior

management, and departmental heads to understand their strategic objectives,

operational challenges, and digital transformation roadmap.

o Articulate the value proposition of Team Computers' analytics and digital

transformation offerings, demonstrating how they address specific business pain

points and drive measurable ROI.

o Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations

tailored to client needs.

o Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including

negotiation and contract finalization.

 Solution Selling & Advisory :

o Possess a strong understanding of various digital transformation pillars, including

process automation (RPA), customer experience, supply chain optimization, and

data-driven decision making.

o Demonstrate expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics concepts,

tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and their application in various

business functions (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, operations).

o Collaborate closely with our pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure

seamless solution design, proof-of-concept, and successful project

implementation.

o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on their digital journey and

helping them leverage data for competitive advantage.

 Client Relationship Management :

o Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and

influencers within client organizations.

o Expand Team Computers' footprint within existing accounts by identifying cross-

sell and upsell opportunities for our broader IT services portfolio.

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 Market Intelligence & Strategy :

o Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in

Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.

o Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams to refine our offerings and go-

to-market strategies.

o Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and generate

leads.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer

Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in the IT services or software industry,

with a minimum of 8-10 years specifically selling Digital Transformation, Business

Intelligence, or Data Analytics solutions. (Adjust years based on the desired seniority

level).

 Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a

complex B2B sales environment.

 In-depth understanding of the digital transformation landscape and its impact on various

industries.

 Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts, data warehousing, data

visualization, and analytical methodologies.

 Familiarity with leading BI / Analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Google

Cloud Analytics, AWS Analytics, Azure Analytics) is highly desirable.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels.

 Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced

environment.

 Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

 Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of Marathi is a significant

advantage.

 Willingness to travel within Mumbai and occasionally to other parts of Maharashtra as

needed.
