1. Open strategic stores across region for all brands
2. Fostering relationship with Key Developers
3. Lease renewal on improvised terms
Franchisee Development & Management
1. Scouting & appointment of Franchisee (Master / Single door)
2 Ensure Franchisee pay 100% due amounts within timelines.
3. Reconciliations are signed with all claims settled in each quarter
4. Ensure transition of regional franchisee network from old into newer business model
Project Management
1. Ensure all stores to open within rent free period & within approved budget in
coordination with internal stakeholders
Network Profitability
1. Ensure 90% of the regional network is EBIDTA positive by aggressively looking at cost
reductions, model conversions or other means
Savings
1.Deliver Rent savings for the year.

8- 10 years of experience in Retail
