Strategic Leadership
- Own end-to-end onboarding of 8+ projects / month (scaling to 20 high-performing projects) with 40% margins.
- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies, targeting corporates, institutions, and entrepreneurs.
Partnership Development
Identify, pitch, and onboard franchise partners / B2B clients through tailored proposals and negotiations.Build long-term relationships with CXOs, investors, and industry leaders.Revenue Growth
Achieve sales targets with a CAC of 25% and ensure profitability of the vertical.Structure deals, finalize contracts, and collaborate with legal / finance teams.Market Expansion
Conduct market research to identify high-potential sectors / regions and optimize franchise ROI.Represent 100X at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure seamless partner activation.Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate MBA from Ivy League / Tier I (IIT / IIM) or equivalent; Bachelors in Business / Marketing.Experience : Experience in franchise operations, channel sales, or corporate partnerships with P&L ownership.
