Role Overview

As a Procurement Manager , you will take the lead in managing our product and service procurement, identifying the most competitive deals, and ensuring timely supply to meet business needs. Your expertise will help us optimize procurement costs so we can channel more resources into business growth and people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement – Develop innovative and cost-effective procurement strategies for petroleum products.
• Supplier Management – Source, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers & vendors; negotiate advantageous terms.
• Contract Management – Review and maintain supplier contracts to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Inventory Oversight – Monitor inventory levels and manage the supply chain to avoid shortages or delays.
• Budget Control – Manage the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term savings.
• Relationship Building – Establish and maintain long-term vendor partnerships.
• Risk Assessment – Evaluate potential contracts for risk factors and compliance.
• Reporting – Prepare detailed procurement reports for management.
• Technology Use – Oversee ERP (MM and S&D modules) and IT systems for tracking shipments, inventory, and orders.
