Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a riskbased internal audit plan Lead and manage internal audit projects including scoping planning fieldwork and reporting Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks Review and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls Provide guidance and recommendations to management for process improvements and risk mitigation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles with a proven track record of financial leadership.Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies standards and practicesExperience in conducting audits in a global multi-national organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsWE VALUE
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.Strong understanding of risk management principles and practicesAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholdersAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesKnowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standardsProficiency in data analysis and audit softwareRequired Experience :
