Service Head

You will be working with the After Sales team in Bengaluru / NCR.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond, and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handling field Engineers / Technical teams

Resolving customer complaints / issues in the field

Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs and systems

Customer relationship management

Coordination with the CX team for Complaint closure

Coordination with the cross-functional team

Fleet vehicle and Battery management

Improving product and brand image in the region

About the candidate

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with min. 7 / / 8 years of experience as Area / Territory Manager / Regional Manager with OEM in 3-wheelers / commercial / EV / Battery Service and maintenance.

Strong leadership and management skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Need to be already based in Bangalore

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
