Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. Job Profile : Purpose of Role :
The objective of this role is to develop and implement best practices to drive positive client experience and proactively lead operational efficiency efforts and process improvements.
The role plays an important part as liaison between stakeholder groups involved in the delivery of all transactions & service requirements , including front office, compliance and operational groups across the organization.
As part of the team , the administrator will be an individual contributor role and will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of communications between parties.
