Job Description :

We are seeking a competent and experienced

SCADA Engineer

to manage and maintain our SCADA systems deployed across multiple solar power plants. The systems include both

PLC-based SCADAs

and

IoT-based SCADAs .

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of SCADA systems across all solar sites.

Troubleshoot SCADA-related issues including communication failures and data discrepancies.

Manage and update PLC logic / programs and IoT platform configurations.

Coordinate with field teams and OEMs for equipment integration and issue resolution.

Maintain system uptime, data accuracy, and cyber security protocols.

Assist in integration of new sites / equipment into the CMS (Central Monitoring System).

Generate periodic reports from SCADA systems for performance and downtime analysis.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in SCADA protocols (Modbus RTU / TCP, IEC 104, MQTT, etc.)

Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Delta, etc.)

Familiarity with IoT-based monitoring systems.

Knowledge of solar plant operations preferred.

Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches).

Educational Qualification :

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
