We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Group Leader - Finance & Accounting . This role requires a professional with a strong background in accounting and excellent leadership skills to manage a team and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting requirements, process management, team development, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and fulfill the end-to-end accounting requirements of assigned clients.
- Plan, implement, and deliver high-quality, impactful analytical work products .
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation with timely and relevant updates.
- Manage and ensure service delivery quality through regular reviews and root cause analysis.
- Assist with hiring processes to select suitable candidates for the team.
- Train and onboard new team members on client projects with proper governance.
- Develop and implement customized, impactful learning and development programs for F&A team members.
- Actively manage client accounts, including handling business-as-usual (BAU) calls and escalation management .
- Drive team member engagement and retention to meet organizational targets.
- Review overall staff performance using process KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.
- Maintain strict adherence to client and organizational confidentiality requirements .
Job Requirements :
A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance , MBA in Finance, MCom, or CA Inter qualification.Strong working knowledge of key accounting concepts relevant to our clients.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills .Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various accounting tools.Flexibility to work in night shifts in accordance with business requirements.Skills Required
