About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the execution of large-scale, high-tech and industrial facility projects. The Project Director will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Direct, mentor, and manage project management teams, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project sites.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans, and resolution of project-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and reporting practices.
