We are looking forward to hire Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals in the following areas :

Role Focus : Project Management and CRM Delivery Lead for Dynamics 365 implementation and governance.

Experience : 10+ years of overall experience in CRM as a lead functional consultant with PMO experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall project plan, securing necessary approvals.
• Identify and allocate internal resources and cross-functional teams.
• Establish strong governance practices for documentation, requirement gathering, sign-offs, and handovers to BAU.
• Lead a three-tier governance model :
• Daily stand-ups with development teams, BAs, and stakeholders.
• Weekly governance calls with Product and Business leadership.
• Monthly / Fortnightly Steering Committee meetings with C-level stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver weekly Project Highlight Reports for stakeholders.
• Manage Stage Gate and 'Go / No-Go' reviews for all phases (design, build, test, cutover, BAU).
• Collaborate with developers and BAs to refine test plans.
• Leverage Jira and Monday.com for project planning and tracking.
• Maintain a Risk Register, assign risk ownership, and define mitigation strategies.
• Drive execution of the overall project plan, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clients
