Responsibilities :

• Partner closely with business leaders across functions and geographies
• Lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Drive talent management, performance engagement, and leadership development programs
• Facilitate roundtables, close-loop feedback initiatives, and organizational design projects
• Build strong relationships with sales teams and support their dynamic needs
