Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and grow strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to expand Cross Identitys market presence.
- Drive partner sales enablement through training, joint marketing initiatives, and solution positioning.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to define channel strategy, revenue targets, and execution plans.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to ensure partner success and seamless customer engagement.
- Monitor partner performance and provide insights through regular business reviews and reporting.
- Negotiate partner agreements and ensure compliance with organizational policies and objectives.
- Stay updated on IAM market trends, competitive landscape, and channel best practices to guide strategic Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10 years of proven experience in channel sales / business development within the IT or cybersecurity domain (IAM experience is a strong plus).
- Demonstrated success in building and managing partner ecosystems, achieving revenue goals, and scaling indirect sales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, especially in BFSI, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for partner engagement and business development
